About me
I am a Clinical Psychologist registered in the UK with the HCPC. I have worked in the NHS since 2013 offering psychological support across in a range of community and clinical settings.
I have worked at the NHS gender services since 2015. I have experience working with children, young people, and adults who are questioning or exploring their gender, providing support for individuals, as well as their families and/or carers. I have considerable experience of working with trans and gender diverse young people, as well as adults, who are struggling with their mood, anxiety, self-harm, as well as clients who are also neurodiverse or have a diagnosis of autism/ASC/ADHD.
I have considerable experience of conducting diagnostic assessments for Gender Dysphoria/Incongruence for both young people and adults, and making onward referrals.
In addition to therapeutic and exploratory work, I deliver training, teaching, consultation and supervision within this field. I also conduct research in this area and I have presented at both UK and international conferences on the topics of gender and sexuality.
